Our mission is to empower individuals and strengthen families by creating pathways to hope, stability, education, and opportunity. We serve youth, young adults, adults, seniors, and families by connecting them with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive—not simply survive.
Through youth development, mentorship, educational and scholarship assistance, housing resources, essential-needs programs, community outreach, family support, and partnerships with local organizations, we work to address real challenges and provide meaningful solutions. We believe every person deserves access to opportunities that can change the direction of their life.

Summer Camps — 2027 Applications
FUN ADVENTURES SUMMER CAMP 2027 Learning • Leadership • Creativity • Faith • Fun Ages 5–17 Legacy to Legacy Community Foundation Inc. is excited to offer Fun Adventures Summer Camp 2027, a safe, enriching, and engaging summer experience designed to help children and teens learn, grow, build confidence, and have fun. Our camp will provide a variety of educational, personal-development, faith-based, creative, and recreational programs designed to support children at different ages and stages of development. It is an opportunity for children and teens to discover their potential, develop important life skills, build positive relationships, and create memories that will last a lifetime. After-School Scholarship Programs
Scholarship assistance to help children and teens participate in after-school enrichment and community activities.
Community Meals and Food Pantry
Providing meals and groceries to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Every 3rd Tuesday and Friday of the month. Check upcoming events for the times and locations.
Counseling, Wellness Support, and Scholarships
Connecting individuals and families with qualified providers and mental and emotional wellness resources. Financial assistance for eligible services will be offered as funding becomes available.
Community Events
Bringing neighbors together through events that celebrate culture, strengthen relationships, and encourage community involvement.
Scholarship Opportunities
Our planned scholarships will help individuals pursue education, recovery support, and extracurricular activities. Awards will depend on available funding, eligibility requirements, and application review.

Foundation Scholarship
Legacy to Legacy Community Foundation Inc. is committed to supporting individuals who are pursuing higher education and professional or vocational development.
Scholarship assistance may be available to eligible applicants pursuing a doctoral degree, attending Bible school or theological education programs, or participating in other qualifying educational programs.
Assistance may be used toward eligible educational expenses, including tuition and other approved costs, subject to program guidelines, eligibility requirements, and available funding.
Harold Pittman Recovery Assistance Program
Legacy to Legacy Community Foundation Inc. is committed to supporting individuals who are seeking a path toward recovery and a healthier, more stable future.
The Harold Pittman Recovery Assistance Program provides assistance to eligible individuals who are seeking support for recovery from drug or alcohol use. Assistance may help individuals access qualified recovery programs, treatment facilities, counseling, or other approved services designed to support sobriety, personal growth, and long-term recovery.
Our goal is to help individuals take positive steps toward recovery and connect with programs that provide the structure, guidance, and support they need to work toward a healthier future.
Yvonne Stanley Youth Activity Assistance Program
The Yvonne Stanley Youth Activity Assistance Program is designed to help children and youth in our community participate in positive, structured extracurricular activities, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.
We recognize that the cost of registration fees, uniforms, equipment, and other participation expenses can prevent children from taking part in activities that promote teamwork, discipline, confidence, physical wellness, leadership, and positive social development.
Through this program, eligible youth may receive assistance with qualified expenses associated with participating in after-school programs, organized sports, recreational activities, and other approved youth activities.
Activities May Include:
- Football
- Cheerleading
- Soccer
- Basketball
- Martial arts
- Arts and enrichment programs
- Educational and after-school activities
- Other approved community-based youth programs
Assistance may include eligible registration fees, uniforms, equipment, participation fees, or other required expenses necessary for a child to participate.
Who Can Apply?
Parents or legal guardians of children and youth who need financial assistance to participate in an eligible activity may submit an application for consideration.
